List of DD rail widths? Which 9" rail has built in QD swivel socket?

I have several DD rails- Omega 9, lite 10" and lite 7.0. I'm shopping for a 9" rail for my .300 blackout with carbine length system. I love narrow rails- is there a list of the widths for each model? Is there a non-omega rail with built in QD socket?

I'm currently in between a lite 9.0" or a RISII....
