I have a new stripped LWRC one piece bolt & carrier that my brother gave to me. I don't own a piston AR so figured I would trade my LWRC for a nice complete BCG that would work with my rifle. A Guy at the local gun show has a new BCG made by BCM. I know a lot of people on here like BCM products, but should I try to find a better trade?

BCM is a top manufacturer.

Ok, so the BCG you have is for a piston gun, which you don't have. You have a chance to trade it for a top shelf BCG you can use. What's the question, again? Are you looking for a bomb proof BCG or something else? What's the value on the LWRC piston carrier?

I cant think of a better trade, BCM's bcgs are one of, if not the best you can buy.

Thanks, I thought it was a good trade, just I would ask around first.

They run around $200.

BCM, and there's no reason to look back. I haven't.

Well just called the man who had the BCM, an he already sold it. I seen these LWRC one piece BCGs sell anywhere from $200-$275, shouldn't be a hard trade to find. I tried posting in the weapon exchange section, but I'm not allowed using that feature as of yet being a new member an all.
Thanks for your input everyone.

+1 on the BCM. My bcg has absolutely no problem ejecting even the crappiest steel ammo into the next state. Ships with an o-ring just in case. They can be found for $150, so you should have money to spare for some ammo.
