This is my personally converted Saiga 5.45. There is heavy documentation on all the work I've done on this rifle on youtube and the Saiga forums:

The only changes that have been done since the videos are change the grip to the hogue grip instead of the standard rusky grip. It's screw nut was given plenty of red loctite upon installation.
The additions were the AK100 series buttstock instead of the triangle folder and the Aimpoint H-1.
This is a very light and slick rifle. I've run a little over 1K rounds through the rifle. About 1K of surplus and 200-300 of golden tiger. Always thoroughly cleaned after every session. I run them hard and always put them away clean and babied.
