We have the HK416 rifles with and without the adjustable gas block in our test weapon selection.

Thought I would post the numbers for the models with the adjustable gas blocks for reference with regards to the test numbers posted by Dano5326.

Test rifles:

HK416 10" with adjustable gas block
HK416 14.5" with adjustable gas block

Rifles equipped with the standard HK buffers and springs

Rifles equipped with our HiPer 4-prong flash hider.

Test suppressors:

Ase Utra jet-Z CQB-BL and CQBS-BL

Test ammunition:

S&B M193 55gr

Test conditions:

+11-14 C, relative humidity 75%

Test data:

Suppressed figures with the gas block adjusted to the suppressed setting.

HK416 10", unsuppressed, 801-807 RPM
HK416 10", suppressed with CQB-BL, 863-869 RPM
HK416 10", suppressed with CQBS-BL, 855-861 RPM

HK416 14.5", unsuppressed, 699 RPM
HK416, 14.5", suppressed with CQB-BL, 707 RPM
HK416, 14.5, suppressed with CQBS-BL, 709 RPM
