any validity to the notion that one should put the serial number of said item in the Memo section?

as it stands now, i only wrote "Form 4".

could this possible assist in any possible mixup(s)

Wouldn't hurt. They ram that payment through right away. Then sit around shuffling your forms for 6 months.

Ain't that the truth, checked cashed in a week, then a week shy of 7 months for the Form 4. :mad:
