A friend is interested in buying a top tier AR. I think he can get a BCM upper, but having trouble finding a good lower (BCM, DD, LMT), any suggestions as to suppliers with lowers in stock right now?

Honestly, it's hit or miss. Sometimes you have to just compile a list of vendor websites and check them every couple of days. When they do get it stock, they go pretty quickly.
