I work for a small department in southeast LA. The AR will be used primarily as a patrole rifle, but will double as an entry rifle when we are not using MP5s. So the question is do i want the heavy barel with a 1/9 twist or do i want the light barel with a 1/7 twist? Any advise with a reason to back it would be great.
