Current USGI Multicam KDH Tac 1 Plate Carrier in Medium, $450.
Will include everything that came in the package, (side plate carriers, straps, etc)
Like new, out of plastic. Bought brand new on Fleabay, but the wife is very unlikely to ever wear the thing.
Can include two APM2 Medium green plates, (level 4) for $350
These were x-rayed and good to go as of 5/11/12
