Just picked up a pair of 6933's (why buy one when you can buy two for twice as much!). This is the right our of the box pic....will post "finished" pics in about a week. $2238 total for the pair from Clyde's:

I wish my stamps would come back in 6 months. I am waiting on 3 for belt feds and 1 sub gun .

I'm mostly done setting them up (both exactly the same)
Stock = Magpul STR
Rail = Troy Alpha 9"
Sights: Aimpoint H-1 in LaRue QD tall mount, with Magpul MBUSs
Sling: LaRue padded QD with Noveske QD end plate and Noveske front QD receiver for the Troy rail
Grip: BCM gunfighter mod 1
Light: Surefire X300 Ultra (on backorder with Botach :mad:)
Gas Block: Vltor clamp on
Muzzle device: Smith Vortex
Three things holding up completion:
1. Vltor LPGB came with wrong hardware
2. One of the castle nuts had to be cut off and I ordered a new one
3. Not sure how long the light will be on BO with Botach
The FSB pins came out very easy just doing it on my garage floor with a couple light taps with a 16oz hammer. The A2 flash hiders felt like they were only torqued to about 15 ft*lb and came off easy. One of the castle nuts came off pretty easy but the other I messed up the nut and had to cut it (Colt staked the shit out of it!)
Will post finished pics afterwards.

I like that logic! ;)
$2238 for two is a very good price. They're up to $1300 each at Clyde's now.

Mmm, nice pair.
Bonus points if they are consecutive serial numbers.

As promised....after pics. I left off the QD LaRue padded slings for the pics and my X300 Ultra's are still on backorder with Botach :mad:
Hardest part of it all was getting the gas tube pin back in the hole on the LPGB. Original pins all came out very easy just using a block of wood, a couple punches, and a 16oz hammer.
Note that BCM changed the Gunfighter Mod 4 at some point...you can see I have one old and one new style.

Very nice, and very close what mine will look like when the branch is done with my paper work.
Congrat's! Hoping my Form 4's get back a little sooner.

OP, can you tell us why you decided to set them up exactly the same? They're both well done, I was just just curious.

A lot of people will set up a high round count trainer and set up an identical gun for a duty gun. That way you put the major wear and tear on the trainer and the duty gun feels the same as the trainer.

Look awesome man. Just wondering why did you choose to swap in LPGB instead of just shaving down the FSB?

As pointed out already, I set them both up identical as I wanted a "trainer gun" and a "duty gun". Also, its nice if I have to grab one hastily under duress I know they are both identical and dont have to use conscious thought as to which one I'm shooting.
I used the clamp LPGB instead of shaving the FSB really just out of convenience. I agree that shaving the FSB is an excellent approach. Not that it matters but I also feel the Vltor LPGB looks "cleaner" than a shaved FSB.

wtf 6 months?
Yep. That's what Form 4s are running these days.
I bought mine from Clyde's at the beginning of the year. It along with a Draco SBR Form 1 took right at six months.
