I don't like to get worried about this type of stuff but this is absurd to me. This man has adamantly defended terrorists and now he's DOJ #3 and in charge of dealing with Gitmo prisoners?

he should be asked to recuse himself from the position by Congress.... classic conflict of interest... if he refuses he should be fired

Most defense attorneys I've spoken with stated if they know their client is guilty, they will only see fit that the process of justice is carried out with respect to the Constitutional rights of the accused. As long as their rights are upheld, let justice happen.

There are a lot of great attorneys out there without the radical Islam imprimatur on their resume. Look at Holder's background with radical Islam. It seems that the DOJ is now the DOI.
