View Full Version : Is this normal for a TA33?

Basically, I have a much better FOV when my eye is off-axis on the right side of the TA33 than on the left side. If I even slightly move my head to the left, I see the side of the scope wall. Actually, I have to be to the right of the gun to get a clear picture through the sight. My FSB, which you can see in the picture, is always to the right of the horseshoe unless my head is to the very far to the right.

Is this normal?


Edit: Nevermind. I was used to optics like those from aimpoint and eotech coming roughly zero'd out of the package. I decided to adjust the windage all the way to the other side and it's relatively normal now.

I have no idea on what is wrong but is sure looks like something is wrong. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in.

I've had 2 TA33's and never had that show up even with a FSB on the rifle.

Hmm, does look a bit strange. Call and get a RMA number. I'd like to take a look at that.
