Are these good dry fire drills?

Hi all. I've seen people on here talk a lot about dry fire drills, but didn't find any posts on which ones you guys like and I respect the no bull shit attitude this forum has and I was looking to get opinions on what you all thought of these drills so I don't develop bad habbits. If these aren't good can you all recommend any resources that outlines good ones.

I'm far from an expert, but yes, the dry fire drills sound good.

I would highly suggest using a snap cap of some kind. I've shattered a Gen2 G19 slide in the breach area from A LOT of dry firing. I've since used snap caps.
