York arms has blank lowers for sale, and you can even pick your own serial # and selector markings. They'll do custom engraving elsewhere too for logos or SBRs. http://www.yorkarms.com/receiver.html

Orion engraving mentions a place called " the Gun Garage LLC" that has blank (for the most part) lowers and Orion engraves the remainder with whatever you wish... Or don't. Just a thought.

The best deal for a lower without a roll mark are the McKay enterprises A2 lowers that NoDak Spud sells. I bought two and SBRd one and it has been a champ. Excellent finish, both have held up for thousands of rounds, and excellent specs.
