I want to change the buttstock to look like this one. What do I need? Can I just replace the Collapsible Stock? Or do I have to buy a new buffer, buffer tube and buttstock?

By the way the pictures above are not mine, I'm just saying it so no one thinks I'm stealing the pictures

The stock in the second photograph is the Magpul AR10/SR25 PRS. Your current rifle with the collapsible stock uses a carbine buffer tube, and the PRS uses a rifle-length buffer tube, so that will need to be replaced. If you call Grant from G&R Tactical (www.grtactical.com) he'll be able to set you up with the correct stock, buffer, spring, and tube. Make sure to specify this will be used on an AR10, not AR15.
