Not bad per say, just heavier. I personally have not had good luck with C-products. Go to Bravo, Grant, or DSG and get known quality GI type mags for the same dollars.

SS as a material? No. I have been running about two dozen of the early CP SS mags without issue. They are heavier than others as noted. CP production in the last few years has been reported to be at least problematic, however.

There are GTG mag options without any cloud over them. GI, TD, Magpul, others. Check them out.
