I could be wrong but that looks like 13in rail on a 14.5in barrel to me, judging from the length of barrel past the gasblock.

Yea I'm gonna have to agree. 14.5 with a 13. I have a 15 inch troy battle rail on my 16 inch

Yeah, whenever there's a longer tube on a rifle it invariably makes the barrel appear longer than it is.

While we're here, can anyone suggest a 13" rail for a 14.5" with a pinned comp and a front site? Does anyone make one?

If you're not married to the fixed front sight you could install a Trox TRX Alpha which uses the factory barrel nut. You'd simply shave your FSB down to just a gas block and install the handguard over it. Not difficult....I've done several.
