Went to my favorite LGS this morning and picked up this Gen 2 G17 and when I went to the pawn shop they use for transfers the pawn shop had a Gen 3 G19 in OD that I snagged as well. Havent decided what to do with the 10 round mags yet.

I took the spring and follower out of my 10 round mags and put some lead in them and use them for training mags. (mostly for reloading and tap-rack-bang

Good purchases.

There's many a good man in ban-states that could use those 10rd Mags!

Thanks! I have no desire to ruin a good mag. I may keep them as spares, sell or trade, or hang on if I go somewhere that has a cap ban.

I would say yes. I plan on replacing all the springs and dropping in a brand new barrel that I have lying around.
