Winchester .308 147 grain

Has anyone had issues with this ammo? I picked some up at Academy and got a bunch of fail to extracts, type ate malfunctions, and one very interesting malfunction where the round went partway into the chamber but when extracted the shoulder looked squashed as if something was in the chamber.

I have shot a few thousand rounds of the Q3130, but almost all of it through M14s and bolt guns. No issues that were ammo related, and it was one of the more accurate US manufactured training ball that I've used. My sport utility bolt loves it.

I have much less of it through some AR types, without issue.
