Does anyone know how / where I can get a non-anodized A3/A4 upper?

I have a lower which I had adonized early gray and wanted a matching upper. I didn't want the expense of a new upper and getting that blasted and then re-adonized.

If there isn't an option, then that's my only path. Thanks.

You can always chemically strip the anodizing from an existing receiver.

Found this awesome product.

It doesn't save me money but what it does do is not remove any more material - and I can do multiple parts.

I was building a retro rifle using a Colt M16A1 upper & wanted the lower to match. I used Norrell Moly Resin. They had a color that matched the M16A1 exactly.
