It looks like it shouldn't because of the ambi magazine release being in the way, but if anybody can confirm it, it'd be cool.

Same with the ADAC lower (for those who have one)...

Not sure if this helps you or not and I know you are asking about the redi-mod.

The Redi-mag (which my understanding is virtually the same thing, just BFG made some changes) says it will not fit on a billet lower receiver and is designed to fit only M4, AR15 and M16 standard
forged lowers.

Take it for what it's worth, just thought it might help a little.

You might be able to do some dremel work on the trigger guard strap, but I can't speak for how well that will work on the long term.

I've seen it done before, but it required some modification of the Redi Mod.

Does it work well in the long term, and do you know which parts would have to be modified?
