You should have waited a few more weeks; I hear Spikes is working on a Twilight themed lower.:jester:

There is a reason new Dissipator rifles use either carbine or mid-length gas. Rifle gas on a 16" will likely have issues.

I did some research. Gas port size, Dwell time, Ect. I'm gonna give it a go. I've seen some working ones.

I was thinking the same thing. The gas port is too close to the muzzle.

edit: who made the barrel?

A 16" with rifle gas will work with the right port size.

It came with .750. Many people have been running them hard. Alot of people have had problems with wolf ammo. But that's about it.
I'll know for sure by Sunday if my BCG arrives

Wait...your gas port size is .750?

Are you thinking of the barrel diameter and not the gas port size?

This is a start. I don't see anything wrong with the parts "I" picked. I picked in my price range for a starting build. If you have a problem or want to help feel free to buy the parts.

You don't see anything wrong with the parts?
Delton has been known to produce junk.
Bolts that have sheared off ALL of their lugs after only a few hundred rounds.

If you are happy with that level of quality, that's fine.
But when it chokes on you, think you'll be posting a thread asking for help?

Once again I bought in my price range for starting. The barrel is delton. So why would a bolt have anything to do with the barrel?
The barrels are made by a different manufacture. Other than my barrel that can be replaced down the road? What other problems do you have to mention?
No need to come into a thread and make negative comments.

This is for fun. Not war. Not a hypothetical shit hit the fan situation. I bet a delton barrel will do the job if need be, right? So any other comment please just keep to yourself unless its something positive or for discussion.

Your understanding of the platform and what goes into a quality rifle is lacking.
Not seeing the direct correlation between Delton's many bolt failures and their overall quality further cements this lack of understanding in my mind.
Parts are not parts.

My advice OP, read all of the stickies.
There is a wealth of information there.
Also, you need to better understand the culture of this board and it's mission statement.
Both subjects are also stickies threads.
