Hi

I was wanting to comment in the "Presidential Race" thread...

But, it says:

Mr.Anderson, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

That's because you must have 200 posts before you can post in the General Discussion sub-forum.

You don't have enough posts (i.e. contributions in more mission-focused forums) to allow posting access to the GD. This requirement is clearly posted in the forum rules, which should have been read before you read anything else. There are other rules in other sub-forums as well that are worth reading.

Also... This type of post should go in the site problems/questions sub-forum here: https://www.m4carbine.net/forumdisplay.php?f=65

Thanx for the replies.

I apologize for the posting of the thread in the inappropriate forum.

I joined the forum some time ago but had been busy with other things to stay current here. I cannot say for certain that I read the rules, as I don't recall reading them. However, reading them is certainly something I would like to think I would have done. Perhaps I did not remember reading that particular part.

Either way, thanks for squaring me away. I'll go read the forum rules.

I realized, I didn't even "know" there was a "General Forum" lol
I came to M4C looking for fire arms discussions.
However, I clicked on "new posts" and that is how I stumbled upon the General Forum.
