DD Omega FSP Rotation

Has anyone experienced rotation with the DD rails? It's likely an installation error (had an agency armorer install) but I'm not sure. Used the search function but came up with nothing. Likely causes?

It's called faulty installation. Have someone competent examine it and make sure that it was done correctly.
