This morning after breaking the striker a couple of weeks ago. Got it back in 13 days. Not bad. To recap, after only shooting 250 rounds, I broke the trigger/striker, dry firing without snap caps, trying to smooth out the trigger. In the letter and a phone call to S&W, I asked if they had an upgrade or have custom work to be done to the trigger and striker, that I'd be willing to pay for. They said "no" over the phone. In the return letter, S&W replaced the striker assembly. I did buy "A-zoom snap caps" for it and dry fired it as soon as it came in. The trigger is a lot smoother now than it was before and I don't know whether they took a 1/2lb to 1lb off the trigger but the trigger breaks lighter than before. I took it to the range this afternoon and fired 200 rounds. It shoots like a dream now. Very satisfied with the weapon now and with S&W's customer service.;)
