I've got a problematic G17 that will have one of Apex's new extractors in it in a few weeks, but for now, it's got the stock extractor that throws brass back in my face every 4th shot.
My question for you guys: if I take it to the range and sight 'er in today, and then change the extractor in a few weeks, is it possible for the POI to shift? I didn't know if different extractor tensions would change the way the round sits in the chamber, thus, changing the consistency of the round/where the bullet hits.
Much appreciated, everyone. Hoping I can go to the range today and get some work done.
