View Full Version : A Family Thing
Got the family into the action this year. I am a very proud husband and papa.
The end of my Little Trackers' first blood trail. They did a great job helping me find the doe. ;)

Thanks for sharing. It's good to see families still participating in fundamental American traditions and passing these traditions on to their children.
Many thanks to all! You should have heard them squealing when I was field dressing the deer. Completely entranced.
We tend to start them early. In fact, my little girl has been at it for a while already. She's seven now, but when she was two, she was already hanging with me while I was busy with hunting stuff (below pic). My wife actually served her lunch while she watched me skin and de-bone the doe. She ate her sandwich with a quickness and never got a sick tummy. They both love to sit and watch all the hunting shows with me too. I think I've got a couple of deer maniacs on my hands. Well, I hope so anyway. :dance3:
