I got this in trade but unfortunately for me, I shoot lefty. This is right hand. Would trade for a left hand holster for my M&P 40. This is made by hidden hybrid holsters, fits my M&P 40 like a glove, just the right amount of retention on the gun. Leather body with suede back & kydex for the holster, molded for the gun. Your shirt can be tucked into the IWB clips to keep the holster very hidden or the clips have the option to be removed & the holster has belt slots for up to 1 3/4" belts, for OWB carry, very nice to have the option IMO. holster can be retention screw adjusted. Very nice features. You can also adjust how high the holster rides!
again, this is a right hand draw holster for a M&P 9mm/40sw/357 sig 4.25" fullsize
