New Guy with question on Buffer parts

As I'm going through putting together a mental list of parts needed to assemble my rifle, I'm noticing a lot of discussion on the 'H' Buffer, the D'fender rings, and the Wolff extra power buffer springs.

I'm seeing a bit of mixed reviews on the Wolff springs ejecting .223 cartridges and locking the bolt after emptying a magazine. Great reviews on smoothing the operation and the recoil, but I wanted to get a feeling from those of you running some of these parts. Anyone combined all three and been trouble free?

I'll be using a 14.5" with A2 F/S and occassionally running Gemtech Halo.

I have no problem with the vltor buffer spring, h buffer, and a 14.5" barrel with carbine gas system using a regular daniel defense m16 BCG. No o-ring, just regular black insert and 5 coil spring.

Maybe a switchblock would be a good idea for when running suppressed?
