Just asked the same question on another forum. There doesn't seem to be as many and prices are up. It may be the usual supply and demand cycle. I don't know.

C4IGrant of G and R Tactical (http://www.gandrtactical.com) lists Colt 6920s on his website. Check with him first and maybe he can give you the M4C hook-up.

Otherwise, Clyde Armory Law Enforcement Supply (http://www.policeguns.com) has Colt LE6920s (for $1299) when I spoke to them two months ago.

Give them a shot (no pun intended!). ;)

Even Clyde has gone up to 1299 and they are 1499 at code 4. SAW had them for 1495 and now they have 0 in stock.

Yea, I just saw that. One of the gun shops said the price increase would be about $70 as of 1 Jan 08. Code 4 had great prices on their 6920s, but they have skyrocketed over the past three months.

I'd give Grant first shot if I was in the market for a 6920. If you're military/LEO then John Noveske (http://www.noveskerifleworks.com/) has the best deal around on a high quality M4-type carbine. For the money, John's N4 Light Carbine Basic just can't be beat for a hard-use carbine.

I got mine from CLYDE a week ago. They told me they had "about 30" in stock. The price on mine was $1249. When I called back a couple of days later they told me the price had gone up to $1299. Still not bad today. Super fast service from Clyde also.

Probably left over from the now-defunct AWB. Hi-cap mags were so marked, but no more at least with Sig. Personally, I like that the rollmark is still on the Colt (and some others?) because, for me, nothing says "up yours" to the anti-2cd Amendment types any better! Got no idea about the barrel except maybe the government in their wisdom specified such a thing...Dunno...

Not sure what’s up with Grant’s 6920s – he's extremely knowledgable and got an excellent reputation so ...... I'm queue up and waiting for his to come.

I think that they are getting harder to find also. I bought one recently and decided to get another one as a spare. I haven't had a whole lot of luck in finding a new one under $1500.:confused:

If you are looking for just an upper I have one for sale over on the 'other' forum (I don't have enough posts here to sell it). I have an LWRC and a BM/POF or I would keep this one also.:)

Right now their site says "Call for prices" so who knows how good the prices will be. I bought my 6920 from Clyde $120 ago. Wish I'd been able to buy 2.

The free market. They sell. At least their lighter than an HBAR.

just to let you know, clyde armory got 3 in yesterday at 1349 a piece. If they are still available I am not sure, they said they do not expect their next shipment until end of may at the earliest :eek: I decided to pass, I am hoping Grant will get some in soon or my second option Knesek Guns.

Thanks guys for all the plugs. We are out of the 6920's at the moment.

I would also recommend that if you are looking for a 6920, to also look at the Noveske N4. We stock the barrels alone and can build anything to your reqs (for less money than a 6920).

Hi Grant,

For a Complete Noveske N4, is that something you can order and drop ship since you do not stock? Or is that something that needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer?

We stock the N4 barrels. This means that we can build (or replicate) any gun that Noveske offers (and some that he does not).

If you have to have a gun built by Noveske, we can of course order it for you.
