I think we need an AWB action stickie

Hi everyone,

I think we need everyone to get together to present a united front. Can we get a stickie started with a list of what each of us can do to voice our opposition to the upcoming legislation? A list of websites we can contact and even a state by state listing of who to write. Not an easy task I know but an important one.

Hopefully this is something we can get started and then share with other forums. The other side has decided to act swiftly while they have some perceived momentum, if we don't act we only have ourselves to blame.

I agree with Mr. Coyote, I started with my local rep who is ex-FBI and as far as I know, still very gun friendly. As we find the others that are NRA supported, let's post the links and get to contacting them.

If we take a few minutes to find out who the real players are and make it easy to contact them, we will be doing something. I just don't want to sit back and wait for the other side to do all the talking and then live with the consequences.

Let's face it, our elected "representatives" do not have term limits so the instant they are elected they begin working....to get re-elected. Who would want to lose one of the best jobs on the whole planet? What gets them re-elected is the people.

I propose that we let them know that we will not vote for them again if they continue to trample our rights and the Second Amendment is as good a place to start as any. Arguably, it's the best and most important place to start.

Please take a minute to check the other side of the fence and make an informed decision and then let's let our politicians know that we don't want to be disarmed.
