First post so here it goes...
Digging through the safe I found an A3 upper and Aimpoint CompM2. Following this discovery, I purchased a DD 16" LW bbl, BC 1.0, LaRue LT15-12 handguard, Magpul CTR, Diamondhead Premium BUIS and other small parts to complete the build. Given this brief description, which LaRue mount would work best with my 4 MOA optic: LT150 or LT129? I may add a 3x magnifier to this setup but I'm worried that the 4 MOA will appear too large using the M2. Does cantilevering the red-dot further forward decrease the MOA? I would even consider the LT152 over the LT15-12 handguard but I've never seen this configuration (far-forward mount) except on an A1 or A2 with ARMS mount attached to the carry handle. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
