Can someone tell me what the height and width of the front sight and the rear sight notch are for the Bowie Tactical Operator (Full Size model) sights and the Trijicon Novak night sights for an M&P?

I'm looking at the Bowie Tactical Operators for a new M&P Full Size and want to compare them to my current Trijicon night sights on an M&P compact.
