I can't seem to find any posts about semi-auto vs. full-auto BCG's.

What is the difference?

Can the full auto be used in a semi-auto AR15?

Yes. Difference is a couple ounces.

Sorry im on my phone so I can't illustrate, but a google image search should show the differences... A full auto bcg has more material in the back end of it. You can run a full auto bcg in a semiautomatic rifle with no issues

Yes FA BCG can be used in SA guns.

The only difference is that there is more mass at the rear of the carrier, all mil-spec manufactures use the FA carriers, I believe.

Just google semi auto vs full auto carriers.

Not a big deal. What matters is that the BCG is made correctly and to spec.

Hell, LMT makes some semi-carriers but I doubt they're cheap shit.
