Does this work on the Full Size 17 round magazine making it 19???

Its billed to work only on certain mags, but has anyone experience with M&P?

I haven't used them, but I have taken the baseplate off my fullsize mags to put on my compact mags to make a GAP baseplate like those available for Glocks.

There is a review on the Mec-Gar site about someone using them on a M&P compact. He gave them 5 stars.
