Please recommend a solid dealer where I can order your choice. I tried ordering larue from one vendor on the 21st and it still hasnt shipped yet and I am not getting any feedback as to why.

I figure I will take the chance to evaluate options again

I like LaRue stuff, if you order directly from them it's fast and they always throw in some extra goodies. Last Friday I ordered an M2 and Cantalever mount, it showed up yesterday with a dillo, hat and a couple of bumber stickers. I can't complain about service like that.

I've had very good experiences with Larue products. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't think of a better product than LaRue and I live in ARMS territory... ;) My LT-150 is just a beautiful, rock solid piece of engineering. It would take much to sway me from buying LaRue again. order from mark directly - the goodies are indeed a bonus.

LaRue hands down. Unbeatable service, extra goodies, and a stand-up product to boot. Whats not to love?

There are a lot of options available, LT and Wilcox are only some of them. I believe that Wilcox is an issued item and has undergone MIL testing.

I've only owned the Larue LT150. Great Product and even better customer service. You'll probably get a free hat too.

I own both of the subject mounts and I believe the LaRue is a better all around mount. The main reason is that the locking lever on the LT-150 will not shoot loose after a mag or two however the Wilcox will if you neglect to apply loctite. Ask me how I know

Very true.

Wilcox is certainly a highly respected company. I highly doubt anybody could find fault in their Aimpoint mount.

The Wilcox mount has been issued to the Navy for use with their Aimpoints for quite a while.

With that being said, I would also look at the KAC "straight up" mount.

Just recieved a ML3 and a Larue mount from mark a couple days ago. Recieved promptly with a few free goodies in the box ( Dillo, Hat, And some kind of paint mixer thingie, along with some bumper stickers) Great product, great service. I have no experience with the wilcox, however it looks nice also.

Wilcox is a good mount I think, but if you want to take it on and off a lot, not the best choice.

As someone mentioned, KAC is a good one to look at as well.

If you are looking for LT Aimpoint mounts, we have them in stock.

My vote is on Larue for the QD capability I rarely use, but have available if needed.

LaRue!

Ive been around Wilcox a lot working with the teams and teaching Navy VBSS team running Mk18s and Wilcox mounts. Seems almost every day we had to tighten one down becasue aimpoints were spining.

Thanks for the reply all.

My Larue mount was delievered today courtesy of global-tactical/Denny's Guns.

I am impressed with the build quality and how rigid it is.
