Form 1 off today

The wait begins! I just received my lower back from Orion with my trust info engraved on the front of the mag well. Turned out very nice and was only a week and a half turnaround! He didn't get it until the afternoon of the 19th. So I just sent of my check , 2 x form 1's, cert of compliance, declaration of trust, and schedule A, so the wait begins! Can't wait to put some rounds through my new LMT 10.5" when everything comes back.

They cashed my check. 10 days.

Is that a good sign? I know that it doesn't necessarily mean that they approved the form.

That's slow actually.

I just got my second F1 back yesterday. I'd say about 30-35 days from check clearing to F1 in hand for me.

This was with a Trust, however. It seems that corp/trust approvals go a little quicker.

Mine is a trust also, it's encouraging to hear that it could take as quick as a month.

Yep. My check cleared the 10th. 10 days too. I hope it gets approved soon!

My dealer said that the upper came from LMT today. I'm still waiting for my tax stamp.

Are you leaving the upper at the dealer?

I had mine already. The sweet thing was I got to shoot it on a buddy's registered SBR while I was waiting for my approval.

Yes sir, no need to cloud the issue or step into any gray area. My dealer is only a mile from my office. :) I can visit the upper anytime.
