Reputable stripped lower-got handguns for trade

I have a STI Spartan 9mm that is all stock, LNIB less than 150 rounds and 2 Wilson ETM 9mm mags and a Ruger Mark III Slabside (<300 rd) for possible trade for a stripped lower. Cash on top negotiable depending on brand, but the two guns are right around $850 if I sell outright. Prefer FTF around DFW area if possible.
