It's been a long time coming but I was finally able to make it happen. It wasn't an easy decision either but sometimes you have to follow your gut instincts. Thank God I have an understanding wife.

I put 300 rounds through it a month or so ago and I couldn't be happier. My dealer didn't have much for 9mm ammo so I ended up with Federal Champion and American Eagle. Not a single issue in the 300 rounds which made me happy as there have been some problems with the internal extractors. Accuracy was outstanding mostly due to the world class trigger and almost non-existent recoil. I guess this should be a given at the price point.

If I had to guess I would say the trigger pull is right around 3.25-3.5# which suits me just fine. I believe it is adjustable down to 2.2 but seeing others will be shooting it I don't see any need to mess with it. The only thing I am going to change is the front sight. I'm so used to having a dot on my front sights the black on black seems a little weird. I'm going to have Gray Guns install a gold bead on the front.

This is the first 9mm pistol I've owned in several years and I picked up some dies for my Dillon so I guess maybe another 9mm is in my future maybe a P30.

Is that a 226? I can't tell from the pics. That pistol looks amazing and I would love to put some rounds down range through one. I have never had the opportunity to shoot a sig.

Sig 226 X5 Competition.

Actually it's a 226 X5 L1, I don't believe the X5 Competition has the adjustable trigger.

Very nice! I used to have a regular 226 and liked it but it was a tiny bit too big for my hand and way too big for my better halfs hand.

Using a steel frame is basically cheating. Nice buy!

Very nice. The X line is great. I just sold my X-Five Tac a few months ago. I miss it.

That is beautiful. I don't have any trigger time with the X series guns, but I am sure they are stellar.

Id love to shoot these, but what for? Bianchi would be awesome, but it being SAO takes it out of Production, and being 9 takes it out of Limited.

You could shoot ESP if it fits in the box.

The only SIGs I enjoyed shooting were the original P210 and P220 Sport.

I don't care for the other SIGs. I have not tried the X5s, but I'm sure they are just as enjoyable to shoot.

The inherent design of SIG handguns is what shys me away from them.

Congrats on the score !

Had one come through the store on a transfer, truly amazing trigger pull just dry firing.

How is the reset on the trigger compared to other guns you have fired?
