I was looking for a quality, general use product to carry a few extra rounds on the belt. Having used The Wilderness Instructor Belt/CSM Polymer Lined (http://www.thewilderness.com/index.php?p=product&id=2476&parent=142) for nearly ten years with great success as a holster belt, I thought I'd give their shell carrier a try. At $40 the ZipLoader12 (http://www.thewilderness.com/index.php?p=product&id=2726&parent=174) is perhaps a bit too expensive, but I figured if the quality and durability is anything like their belts, it would be worth it.

The ZipLoader12 does not disappoint. It's quality is superb and it works with both of my instructor belts perfectly. The tabs are Velcro so the carrier can be placed on the belt without removing the belt. The carrier backing is stiff, made of heavy material, but is flexible enough to wear comfortably. It does not sag and does not deflect/bend when pulling shells out. The elastic that holds the shells is also thick, but the tension is just right to hold them securely yet allow quick removal.

If you are looking for a quality product for practical carry of a few extra 12 gauge shells on the belt, give this ZipLoader12 a look. I think it would also work well placed on a sling. I'll be ordering one more for myself...
