That's an HK G36C, the wee bringer of doom....:D
It's a post 1986 dealer sample that belongs to a buddy of ours.

That's true. :)
I've had that baby a good many years now and it's still one of my favorite hats. Even though it's covered with sweat, gun lube, and powder stains.

Once you get that job in the evidence room you'll have access to all kinds of neat stuff.

The only gun friends I have in real life have even more pitiful collections than I do. There's not a class II manufacturer or class III dealer in the bunch.
That helps keep my ammo consumption lower, but frankly I die a little inside when I see threads like this.
I must admit that I loved shooting Templar's G3. It is very accurate and controllable.
The G36C is damn fun also. Light as a feather, extremely compact, very easy weapons manipulations and completely ambidextrous, decent iron sights, nice long rail for adding an optic, and the stock folds very quickly & easily. I have no idea about long term reliablity though. If I had an FFL SOT I'd own one in a heartbeat.

I've got to shoot the G36c quite a few times and I think it is my fav compact CQB MG.
It must be pretty reliable. Whenever a friend takes it out for an appearance there is always a line of people waiting to flog it and its still holding strong.
I'm going to have to get Dinger a hat made up like mine. :D
