most if not all of the Special Ops training manuals are distribution restricted, if you have an AKO account then you may be able to access it through the Reimer Digital Library.

All the info that was public accessible has been moved behind the AKO firewall as of Feb 6, if you are not military you probably won't get much help in obtaining current material.
