4473 and glock pistol frame

I just ordered a glock frame. I am goind to cut it down to a 19 lenth handgaurd and buy a slide milled for an rmr for it. I am doing this so that I can get the concealability of a 19 but still have it be compatible with slides and parts of my g17.

Here is my question for those that might know. When it gets to my ffl, should it get marked as a pistol, or as a receiver on the form? I do not know if my ffl has ever handled anything like this before so I thought I would look into it myself.

Mostly likely pistol. It also depends in how they will log it into their books.
