Lower Receiver Parts

I just purchased a stripped Spikes Tactical lower. (don't ask how much, it still hurts) I'll be mounting a BCM Upper Receiver Standard 16 MID on it. I'm looking for ideas and suggestions on what would be the best lower receiver parts kit to buy? Same with buffer tubes. This is my first actual AR build and I want it to be a good one. So with that in mind I thought asking the experts would be much better then blindly searching for parts. Thanks in advance for the help.

Most go the fcg-less lpk route and buy an ALG QMS or ACT. I'd get a BCM stock kit with an H buffer. Just use the search button for lpk's, this is asked often.
