Guy's I am planning on building a SBR, and my CLEO is willing to sign off, and was planning on using mostly Noveske parts. My question is do I still have to have the receiver engraved in Missouri? And also do I put my Curio&Relic Liscence# on the Form1 in FFL box? Thanks...

Yes, it is required to be engraved, no matter where you are.
I have no idea about the C&R Question.
And also do I put my Curio&Relic Liscence# on the Form1 in FFL box? Thanks...

Since the C&R is not an FFL, Section 5. is left blank. There are a few engravers that do good work. I used one in KCMO for my AR-15. If you need info, let me know. Good luck.
I did not realize I needed a C&R to get a sbr I Am waiting for paper work from atf is it hard to get a c&r I had my ffl in 93 but did not renew Als0 Shawn at accu Laser is the guy in KC he is the best as far as I am concered also in KC check out Dennys Guns also known as GTS
You don't need a C&R to build a SBR.
in missouri you cant own one unless you are licensed at least thats what my form 1 said when it came back dissaproved.
Gotcha........well good thing the C&R is cheap. Just got my C&R app in the mail last week....I think I'll go and fill it out since I have nothing else to do today :)
I am waiting for mine good luck
Since the C&R is not an FFL
Wrong
C&R is FFL 03........just not Class III
C&R is FFL 03........just not Class III
+2 .......It very much is an FFL
However I am in NC and did not list it on my Form 1 Now since it is required for your state I would call the BATFE just clarify whether or not that is where you place your 03 FFL info. If mine gets kicked back I will know (the hard way) to put my 03 FFL number on future forms. Good Luck!!
