Recommended Build Lube

Have most of my build parts accumulated and ready to go. In some posts here, and on other boards I see a lot of people lube the pins, etc as they install them into their lowers. What do you guys use to build your lowers with?

I use the same lube as I do for all my guns. For me its slip. Dont use lube on threads though, use moly grease.

I use Slip2000 EWL on my AR-15 and Glocks, and Wilson Combat Ultima Lube for my 1911's.

I lube roll pins and trigger pins with Fireclean because that's what I lube all my AR's with. I use Permatex Anti-Seize lubricant for the barrel nut and castle nut.
