I have to concur on the fake thing. She really doesn’t need them. We have worked with her for almost three years now, and she really is the best. It is so funny when someone looks to one of our staff for a tech question, and she drops the answer first.

In today's culture, it's tough for women being so hot without big breasts... especially if she is in the "model" business...
On the other foot, I have a suspicion that more men than not would have a penis enlargement (longer, thicker or both) operation if such a thing worked properly afterward without being all Frankenstein-ish and flacid...
But for men, breast size is just cosmetic and psychological. For women, size truly does matter, combined with tool skills or course... :D
