I've noticed that I do not have the required number of posts to post under the 'general topic' section. The section devoted to general discussion of random topics, including, but not limited to the 2A.

At what point do I recieve this permission? I realize that I have a low post count and understand the concept behind requiring higher posts, but I hate to post for counts, despite the amount of time I spend reading.

Regardless, I think it would be important for someone to post in this section about the MISSOURI HB545 that was introduced this week. Thank you.

One may also note that there's no post-count requirement in the Regional subforums
