No, but it makes your thread title even more ridiculous.
And exactly who is going to do the confiscating?
Politicians are like, well... politicians. The MO Dems bring this outrageous bill up knowing full well it doesn't have a chance of passing. So no harm done in trying, but in the off chance that a shooting massacre does take place in their state. They can point fingers at the MO GOP and cry havoc blaming the GOP with the NRA backing for rejecting the bill. They're hoping to gain a few seats come election time.
