I love it when liberals take a traditionally conservative stance for once in their life, like being pro gun, and they suddenly see how vicious and illogical the left can be at times. It happened to me too so maybe it's hazing, that's why I enjoy seeing it?

Conservatives are actually a lot more civil... but they do it too, just to a lesser degree.

That was awesome. More on this board need to read this and realize rights are a 2 way street, naw, more like a 5 way intersection. You cant just assume the right of way and not respect others, or we'll all crash.

It wasn't an attempt at an asswooping. Just an attempt to make sense of the confusion and not talk past each other. I appreciated what you were saying, but there was a distinction that needed to get made. Yes, we need to respect rights (like free speech), but respecting what actually gets said? Nope, that's nowhere in the contract. We're expected to respect the ability TO exercise rights, not HOW those rights are exercised.
