I have a nice MkIII with a Paclite barrel. The Paclite has a rail on top with a rear sight.
I have a spare T1 I'd like to get a QD mount for. I'm partial to the LaRue mounts, and have my eye on an LT660. My question is: Will this raise the red dot too far over the bore for a .22 pistol? Any one have any experience with a QD mount on a MkIII? Is there a lower profile (QD) option?
